This Privacy Policy describes how Wickly AI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application and related services (the "Service").

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address, user identifiers, and basic profile information provided by your sign-in method, such as your name when available.
  • Subscription information. We receive subscription status, product, renewal, cancellation, and transaction information from the App Store and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
  • Content you create. We store the strategy ideas, chat messages, indicators, backtests, stress tests, generated candidates, and related results you create in the Service so you can access them later.
  • Usage, device, and diagnostics data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, screens viewed, product interactions, other usage events, device identifiers, approximate device and app details, crash reports, error logs, and performance diagnostics.
  • Support and feedback. If you contact us or submit feedback, we collect the information you choose to provide.

How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate users, manage accounts, process subscriptions, and restore purchases.
  • To generate strategy-chat responses, backtests, stress tests, and other results you request.
  • To understand product usage, diagnose errors, improve reliability, and prioritize product work.
  • To communicate with you about the Service.
  • To detect, prevent, and address abuse and security issues.

AI processing

Wickly AI uses AI providers to process the prompts, strategy ideas, and related context needed to respond to your requests. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your content to train a general-purpose Wickly AI model. AI providers process this information on our behalf so the Service can generate responses and results.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers for authentication, subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, infrastructure, storage, market-data handling, and AI inference. These include providers such as Clerk, RevenueCat, Apple, PostHog, Sentry, Railway, AWS, and AI model providers. These providers process information on our behalf or as needed to deliver their services.

How we share information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain your account and content while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app from Settings, or contact us at privacy@wickly.ai if you need help. When your account is deleted, we delete account-linked app data from our active systems, except where we need to keep limited records for security, legal, billing, backup, or fraud-prevention reasons. App Store and RevenueCat subscription records may remain with those providers according to their own retention rules.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@wickly.ai.

Children

Wickly AI is available through the App Store according to its App Store age rating and any parental controls set on the device. The Service is not designed specifically for children, and we do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is needed to operate the Service. Parents or guardians can contact us at privacy@wickly.ai to request deletion of a child's personal information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
