Not financial advice
Wickly AI is a research and education tool. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or other financial instrument. Backtest results are historical and do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Do not use the Service to generate, distribute, or market investment advice to third parties.
Your content
You retain ownership of the strategies, indicators, and messages you create. You grant Wickly AI a limited license to host and process that content so we can provide the Service to you.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your device's subscription settings.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wickly AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
