Welcome to Wickly AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@wickly.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Not financial advice
Wickly AI is a research and education tool. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or other financial instrument. Backtest results are historical and do not guarantee future performance. Stress tests, simulations, and AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Do not use the Service to generate, distribute, or market investment advice to third parties.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, subscription requirements, or security controls.
Your content
You retain ownership of the strategies, indicators, and messages you create. You grant Wickly AI a limited license to host and process that content so we can provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights needed to submit it.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through the applicable app store. Subscription prices, billing periods, free trials, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store account before the renewal date. Deleting the app or deleting your Wickly AI account does not cancel your app-store subscription. Refunds are handled by the App Store according to its policies.
Account deletion
You can delete your Wickly AI account in the app. Account deletion removes account-linked app data from our active systems, but it does not cancel an active app-store subscription. If you create a new account later, you may need to use restore purchases to reconnect an active subscription.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, error-free, profitable, or suitable for your goals.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wickly AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
